1. How do you offer such low prices?

Gorgeous Mama works directly with some of the best overseas clothing manufacturers, the same ones that make all the clothes you normally wear.  What makes us different is that we ship our products directly from these sources at wholesale prices. The trade-off for such great savings is that it generally takes about 10 to 30 days to receive your items, but we try to off set this by offering FREE shipping to anywhere in the world.

2. It's been 10 days.  Why hasn't my item been delivered?

Your item is shipped directly from the overseas supplier.  You receive a high quality product for a fraction of the cost it would normally be, but it is going to take a little longer for your product to arrive.  Expect your product to arrive within 10 to 30 days.

3. Oops, I ordered the wrong size by accident, can I change it?

If you let us know as soon as possible that you made a mistake in the order, we will do our best to change it before it ships. Once our supplier ships your purchase we no longer can do anything to change it.  This is why it is very important to consult the sizing chart before your purchase to make sure you choose correctly.

4. What is your refund policy?

If your item arrives damaged then we will either refund the purchase or send you a new item.  If you simply picked the wrong size then we cannot offer a refund.  Again, this is why it is very important to look at the sizing chart for each product, and choose a size according to the chart.

5. The label on my item has the wrong size on it.  Why?

Different countries have different sizes.  The label on your item may say Medium, but you ordered a Small.  This is because of the sizing difference between countries.  If you follow our sizing chart provided with each product, you will get the right size even if the label says something different.  Just try it on and see how it fits!
